Cool Environment - not so great experience. I took my kids and nieces here so they can play in a professional gaming environment. I'm not sure if it's because we got there right when they opened at noon, but all the computers had audio and mouse issues and had a bunch of log in issues.

The staff is nice and they fixed them, but it's weird all the computers we were using had some type of issue. The biggest issue was most of the games were not updated.

So, when you loaded the game, it had to download updates which some are over GB. They said they have a private local server that delivers the updates quickly, but still took min each time.

They did give us more time to play because of the delays, but it's not fun sitting there waiting for stuff to update.
